Add items to a shared photo album or playlist in Apple Invites
When a host creates an event, they can set up a shared album or playlist. If you have an Apple Account, you can add your own photos, videos, and songs after you RSVP to the event.
Note: Not all features are available in all countries or regions.
Add photos and videos to a shared album in the app
Go to the Apple Invites app
on your iPhone.
Tap an event, then tap Add Photos.
Select a photo or video in your photo library, tap Add, then tap Post.
Tip: To more easily find photos or videos, use the search field at the top, or tap
in the bottom-left corner to sort or filter your library.
Add photos and videos to a shared album on iCloud.com
Go to icloud.com/invites, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
Select an event, then select Add Photos.
Select
, then do one of the following:
On a phone or a tablet: Choose Photo Library, Take Photo, or Choose Files. Select the photos you want to upload, then tap Add or Open; or take a photo, then tap Use Photo.
On a computer: Select the photos you want to add from your computer, then select Upload.
Add songs to a shared playlist
You can create a shared playlist in Apple Invites, but you can only add songs to it in the Apple Music app. See any of the following:

Note: Children under 13 can’t add to a shared playlist (age varies by country or region). To add songs to a shared playlist, you need an Apple Music subscription and an Apple Music profile.
